Summer is here!

 Beautiful weather, gorgeous golden hour light and one stunning couple. These two rocked their engagement session. With all the poses, it was hard to narrow it down to just these few. 

We still have many good sunsets this year to take advantage of for a stunning photo session. Summer and fall settings are rich with color and warmth. Let me know if I can get a session booked for you!

 There is just something about a sweet summer newborn & a beautiful mom and dad! So simple yet so heart warming. You don't have to have a ton of props and clothing to make a session amazing! Just let the camera and final images do the talking! Enjoy!

It's been awhile

 I can't believe I don't update like I should on the blog! I know it is just another platform to keep up with but it does have all my session and design info after all! 

We are constantly busy with the kids, I farm full time and I attend farmer's market each Saturday. I also have a shop set up in our little rural north Missouri historic town! I do my best to make everything from scratch...growing our own food, milking my own cows, butchering our home-grown meat...making my own rustic lard & milk soap and so much more! We do farm on a larger scale but I like to keep our way of living simple! I hope you enjoy some updated photos from earlier this spring and summer. 

I have also updated the session info page. You will find new prices for 2022. It does stink that everything has went up so I apologize for the inconvenience. I feel like my prices are still very affordable. Especially if you check into some other local photographer prices! 

I have had some time since my previous blog posts to study more about photography, equipment and editing software. I have updated the way I do things a little...making my work much more professional but still rustic and true to my style!

Last Minute Fall Sessions for 2019

Just a reminder...our pretty falls days here in Northern Missouri are going to quickly fade away as October rolls into November. That gorgeous light & hues of autumn glowing from the tree tops will be gone for another year! We still have a very short time frame to get some pictures done if you are still wanting to book a session. Families, children, seniors...Although my weekends are swamped...I still have some time through the week. (unless a weekend event gets cancelled) How is it the 21st of October already!? And with this wind advisory today it sure feels like fall is behind us! I hope not but there goes the leaves! Message me for more details!

K+C {Engagement Session}

My gorgeous cousin and her fiance asked me to take some farm engagement pictures! Chilly, a little windy but a whole lotta LOVE! There were sooooo many good ones and it was terribly hard to pick which ones to post here. I tried to come up with a good variety. Thanks again and congrats to you both!
